No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales of digital brush products on gztools.net are final and non-refundable.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, once you have downloaded the brush files, we cannot retrieve or revoke access to them. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital brush purchases.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties downloading your purchased files, please contact our support team immediately. We will assist you in accessing your purchase, but this does not constitute a refund policy.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

Duplicate charges due to technical errors
Product files are corrupted and cannot be replaced

Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis at our sole discretion.
